The Cure celebra su aniversario con un box set

Las sorpresas de aniversario de The Cure continúan, esta vez llega en forma de box set que nadie se puede perder.
Fue hace 40 años cuando The Cure dio a conocer su primer sencillo. Es por ello que saldrá a la venta 40 Live: Curaetion + 25th Anniversary un box set con dos de los conciertos especiales que se llevaron a cabo en 2018 llamado The Cure 1978-2018 40th Anniversary. Este box set contará con diversos formatos: 2 Blu-ray / 4 CDs, 2 DVD / 4 CDs o un doble DVD. Lo puedes adquirir a partir del 18 octubre por Eagle Rock o puedes pre-ordenarlo en Amazon. No te pierdas de ninguna sorpresa y visita su sitio oficial.
El festival está editado en video y CD y que cuenta con la participación de bandas como Interpol, Editors, Slowdive, Ride, The Twilight Sad, entre otros. Además, se incluirá el concierto con motivo del 25 aniversario del Meltdown Festival. El show estará dividido en dos partes. Por una parte, From There To Here contendrá una canción de cada uno de sus discos, desde Three Imaginary Boys (1979) hasta 4:13 Dream (2008). Por otra, From Here To There será lo mismo, pero desde lo más nuevo con "Step Into The Light", a lo más antiguo.
Gracias a esta noticia las ilusiones siguen creciendo, pues la actividad de la banda ha sido constante. Recientemente, los rumores de su visita a México el próximo octubre se hicieron más fuertes. Además, se confirmó la proyección de The Cure Anniversary Live in Hyde Park en diferentes salas de cine del país.
